Jasmin Paris smashed the women’s Bob Graham Round record by over 2 hours on 23rd April 2016. Her final time was an astonishing 15 hours and 24 mins – within the top 5 times ever. These photos capture the start of her round at 4:00am, her descent down to Honister and her return to Keswick at 7:24pm.
Good conditions for the Shelf Moor fell race this year, won in style by Stuart Bond, with Olivia Walwyn as first lady. Some brilliant descending on display!
A fun race in Whaley Bridge with a famous water hazard! Runners were getting into the spirit of things with leaps, jumps and dive bombs into the river.
Massive congratulations to 14 year old Joshua Boyle who won the adult race overall. Caitlin Rice was first female after running the Old County Tops the day before!

Whilst away for the weekend at the Coniston Fell Race, I took a detour into the beautiful landscape of the Lake District. I saw flowing waterfalls, rolling hills and stunning scenery. My favourite shots have been added to the Lake District gallery.
Over 200 fell runners took part in the 2015 Coniston Fell Race. They had to endure a very wet day and even snow on the tops!
Great weather for this 3 mile evening race.
